I used to cringe watching my grandsons when they were in silage hauling training, I was apologizing to the cutter operator for them and he said " bad wagon drivers are better than none at all" they caught on I'm sure your young men will too.
Glad to hear you have young people willing to work. I remember how intimidating the first few loads can be when your not used to running equipment like that!
