South Central MN
It moved up here and added to our annual rainfall. Sure feels like it for the last 4 or so years.

2014: Wet early.
2015: Somewhat average.
2016: Very wet fall. (Ruts left in places ruts hadn't been made before.)
2017: On the wet side but better... Some was left over moisture from previous year.
2018: Wet early summer.
2019:WET!!!
2020: Decent planting, somewhat dry early, mid season wet, still a bit wetter than usual here.
