Subject: RE: Ironworker Reviews

central - east central Minnesota -

Dirtroad Farmer - 9/14/2020 08:29 I am in the market for an ironworker in the 50 ton range. I have looked at a lot of specs, and the few I am considering are: Scotchmen, Edwards, Iroquois, and a Piranha The part I like about the Iroquois is the built in 20 ton press, which for making gate straps for hog buildings would be helpful. The Edwards also has the option to use there Power system to power other hydraulic accessories. Just looking for everyone's experiences and which machine(s) seem to be the most proven on this site. General shop use/repair and swine gating repairs. Thanks

Kind 'a preferential to Uni-hydro ironworker . . . . primarily as local built  (Cosmos Mn). Very good company and machine. Not sure how it'd stack up against the Iroquois ? Give'm a call and compare ?
