Princeton, Indiana | I've seen white corn do the same thing especially if you pick ears early and let them lay on the desk. Almost always disappears as it matures. I had an ear of white so pink one year I had to throw it away before my boss saw it. Some hybrids of yellow seem more susceptible than others. We have had trouble with it at our flour mill because the red streaks would darken the flour, got real bad one year, then sorta disappeared. | |
