apparently the fun doesn't last too long when you don't have to put any sweat equity into building up the business, I do give him credit for investing in a ranch at 23 years old instead of a lot of other luxury items with rapid depreciation, but maybe that is where he burned up the other $40mil. Would be interesting to know the whole story. He may be trading up to a 100k acre ranch somewhere else with the profits made on this one, but if that were the case wouldn't think all the grazing would be leased out.
