My 'never harrass u banker' of 25+ yrs. before he retired said when he started out homes were 1,000-1,100 sq' and families had 4 kids , then around 1980's homes became 1,500 sq. ' and 2 kids , now anything less than 3,000 sq' is considered a small home and families have 1 child
A nice little place in the country.
