Assuming that’s the owner of property now in video, says too expensive to tear it down so it stays. Some sweat equity would get the wood cleaned up and burned and a day with dozer would get dirt in basement and leveled for safety. I’m going to say he and town like the attention and notoriety. It obviously isn’t being taxed or someone would do something.
A nice little place in the country.
