NW Tennessee | if it will ever be king again, but I believe acreage will bounce back some around here with grain prices where they are. I think wheat acres around here are going to be way down this year. For the first time since 1983 there is no cotton on this farm. Not because we didn't plant some, just with the terrible spring we had, we weren't able to save any. I plan to plant some next year, although a year with only grains may have made me a little lazy. | |
