Admittedly the dealers are closer in the UK, but the support from Claas HQ is exemplary. I have heard from different scources, that during harvest you can work into Claas HQ in Britain at 2am and get served. They suppy different manufacturers with cabs for sprayer, potato harvesters and the like. If you for example, break a window, if there isn't one in the country it will be with you in the morning. A friend of mine had a Merc engine fail on his at the time almost new Lexion. There as a new engine in his yard at 5:30 the following morning. The machine was running again in 12 hours. |
