Buffalo rolling stalk chopper, or Besler, same thing with a nice harrow on the back and a good set of row cleaners like Suncos. Or a rootball puller. Those are the standard around here for ridges



I would sure like to start using one of those. I have been trying to plant into standing stalks the last 4-5 years and it's been hard to keep the planter centered on the ridge, just too many stalks.
