Central Iowa | Straddle duals would work for combines running 8 row heads or larger. On 6 row machines, a narrow single such as a 20.8 would be ideal.
In addition to drilled beans I would add Roundup Ready crops put an end to cultivation. At first it was almost as easy as waving a magic wand, spray Roundup and the weeds disappear. We all know how this has turned out. The first cultivation may a little stress full, but hardly as stress full as what the issue of weed resistance has become.
