You could tell the 16 year old that his drug selling days will be limited to weeks or months before he's dead or in prison and the $15 dollar an hour job could last a lifetime. I guess they chose at that point.
And they will not believe you and going to prison is a badge of honor for more street credit when they get out to move on to bigger and better crime.
Also ask any cop what the most dangerous situation they have to walk into and they will tell you to a man it is a domestic disturbance. Really think some social workers going to walk in there by themselves.
