To leave the factory they have to be legal weight and I think in Ill thats 80k. Guy at our dealer that hauls combines out of there said they have overweight permits in every state but Ill. He said that they pull into the factory running on fumes and then fill up as soon as they cross back into IA because they'd be overweight if they didn't.
