Central Iowa | It's simply a Fast Hitch with 3pt. adaptors very commonly done in the old days, not a FH to 3pt. conversion. The sway blocks are set in rigid position. To set them to sway you pull a pin and pivot them 45 degrees then re-insert pin, real easy. There are lot's of after market adaptor kits out there, plus homemade units as well.
As a whole, these units worked very well, especially if you had both FH and 3pt. implements. It was real easy to switch back and fourth.
