Southwest Illinois | Not trying to defend anyone, but that is a pretty broad program including seed, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. They will not pay on the program until all usage is completed. We are still going to spray some more fungicide and insecticide. If they paid it out on August 1 any purchases made after that date would not be considered. They are going to do it one time, in a big run and I would not expect anything until November/December. | |
