I'm surprised one cement truck couldn't get another extra 1/2 yard in it, if the guy drove easy . (and wasn't too hilly)

When my older brother, pour grain bin pads, he could get up to 10 yards, on occasion;  if they drove easy.

story:

He mentioned a truck, with a full 10 yards, was at a stop light and a car pulled up very close to the rear, the cement truck took off (too aggressively) and a little liquid concrete splash out the back and landed on the hood of that car. { I don't know if it was his pour, or a story from the cement truck drivers}

Here 10yards is a normal load.

Insurance is the ruler especially with bigger companies--- used to be 10 yards 11 if you needed to work it out --now 9 is all
