NW Indiana | So you are saying they will reduce the actual size of the 2020 crop in order to make up for a short fall in 2019? How do you know they didn't understate the 2018 or 2017 or 2016 crops to where there was already ample to make up for the 2019 short fall? RMA yields would suggest many years they actually understate the crop. Has me under the belief for years they are in the business of managing the food supply not making a cheap food supply(even though that seems to create a steady lower price). | |
