If their bid at that location is -20 now, they are offering you an additional 4 cents to ship some before the 7th.
I don't know if that meets everyone's definition of "generous", or if you have corn you want to ship at that price, but it is an increase in the offered price. Pretty commonly done here, and we often take advantage of it.
