SW WI | A couple small businesses here ( bus transport company, think bachelor parties, group outings type) was set to restart and wanted to draw up a waiver. Lawyers advised against it saying waivers can be gotten around if someone is determined enough. But I agree with Baby bull that it would be very difficult to pinpoint where exactly someone contracted covid. I think the liability lays in guidelines, think Federal, state and local health guidelines, if there is 1 slip up of something not quite right......lawyers will exploit that. | |
