 The ones that don't plan to hold you hostage by creating hybrids.  There are plenty of good varieties that are open pollinated.
 I used to work in plant breeding research, and I found that breeders with integrity prefer to breed open-pollinated varieties, because hybrids make it necessary to buy all your seed from the supplier, at whatever price they want.
