Ethanol demand for blending is a mature market and even though the demand for gasoline is relatively inelastic to price, if oil price spikes in the next year or two, IMO this Economy couldn’t stand up to that and make demand for gasoline more elastic to price, which would lessen blending of ethanol.
We are at the low end of the price of corn since ethanol was mandated. It could stay for awhile if no supply or new demand shock rises.
