If it's not prying too much, what is the rate now? Also is Farm Credit in the same ballpark as something like Quicken or SoFi? And I guess is it even possible to refinance through anybody else if you could get a better rate, or is there some sort of stipulation that you have to stay with them for whatever reason.

Only reason I ask is that you can probably lock in a fixed for probably low to mid 2's for a 15 year if you can swing it, or 2.99 for 23. The 2.99 for 23 was good a month ago because that's exactly the terms we redid ours at. Unless of course they've gone up recently.
