Curious how fast long term interest rates can, or likely would go up. My home mortgage locks in for the last 23 years next summer.
Talked to bank yesterday about my home and land mortgages. My rates dropped a tick more because of leveling out of volitility (hopefully I said that right). So it may be about as low as they are going to do unless we get a stock market/financial collapse and they go negative to try and save it... |
