NE OH | I asked that same question this winter at the local Fsa meeting when they were explaining it all. I got a nice response from the osu extension agent but can’t find in the email. My understanding it is a survey sent out to grain buyers across the corn belt of the final cash price received on sales for the month. It’s done each and every month and each month has weighted average. To me it seemed like another government figure so who knows how truley accurate | |
