Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I'm as nervous as can be about our deep freeze. It is a used one we bought off the side of the road about 8 years ago, and has always worked fine. But we have a lot of beef in it and are expecting more in a couple months.
Was wondering what a person would do if it quit? I think I can get dry ice to keep it froze for a few days, then I had the crazy thought of leasing a refrigerated pup trailer until we could get an actual freezer.
Oh well, probably just worried about nothing.
