mcinnisfarms - 7/25/2020 03:00 +1 had a 8680. Couldn’t keep the piece of junk running, when it did the AC sucked hydraulic remotes sometimes worked and trans overheated. The cab was a awful plastic outdated electrical disaster lol glad it’s gone! Oh wait there was NO support to go along with that. How did you manage to overheat the transmission? That sounds like you were pulling it hard in high to me. Our 3 have had issues but they never stopped working, sometimes limped for sure, but Agco stood by them and so did the dealers. Sounds to me like you didn't want them to work. Ours will pobably get swapped for a Deere which I expect will prompt the retirement of the operator. The new owner said he will be swapping both our Masseys for Deere, but neither of us want them. |
