| Right back to what I was referring to: AGCO's current management is the problem! Much more market share to be had if they would listen to existing customer base. They prove the concept that they don't give a damn about established brands without saying it directly! Ratliff and company had Gleaner on track to be a force in harvesting once again with the move to Hesston and major improvements. MF had essentially exited the US market in the 80's, our local (MF) dealer had 1-2 year old tractors with clutch issues, no warranty support from MF headquarters, just let customers hang! Now, we are now told MF is a premium brand that we should all support, ain't going to happen! Allis Chalmers had a MUCH better reputation, with the 8000 series one of the best tractors of its time! | |
