sc kansas | have had trouble with 2012 jd 9360r regening to often since new, like every 3 hrs. dealer has replaced, at our expense, the ecu, reloaded software twice and now tech loaded new software directly from engineers at deere and we've run tractor 3 days. it's still regening every 3 hrs. we've replaced all the seals in exhaust system, wrapped heat sheild around exhaust componets, to make sure heat is held in as it goes to muffler and particulate filter, and removed the particulate filter and had it professionaly cleaned, by local kenworth dealer, who has the machine to do the job, as recommended by our dealer, and now tech is waiting on deere for futher instructions. i know a delete would be the answer but i feel deere should at least fix it right so it only regens about every 50 to 60 hours like we are told it should under heavy tillage work. tech says no codes are thrown so can't fix something that he doesn't know is broken. tractor has a little over 3000 hrs and all the fixes we've tried have been done in last 100hrs. so far we've spent over $5000 on stupid epa bullsh###t. | |
