If that is the case then it might be a control valve issue. It looks like those do have a servo valve to control the flow of hydraulic oil to the solution pump based on the owners manual. You can check at that connector to make sure the Ag Leader system is doing what it's supposed to. Change the control type back to servo and when the up arrow is pressed in manual it will show 12v on your meter and -12 when pressing the down.
