Anyone on here heard of the Butekyo breathing technique.

Our son, now 46yr old had bad asthma as a child. If we visited friends in Melbourne [3 1/2 hrs from our home in Nth West Vic] he would often get bad asthma. One hospital visit in the early hrs of the morning the Emergency Doc said "I can ease his asthma now, but get out of this side of Melbourne [East] tomorrow morning!"

As a teenager we heard about the Butekyo breathing method. It worked [and works now] for him.

I know not a lot about it - he has been left home for over 20 years, but Google bring up "Buteko breathing method". 

Worth a look and a read!

No one else in our family has asthma, and I farmed all sorts of grains for over 50 years, cereals, legumes, oilseeds, never any problems. Son is a paramedic, not a farmer!
