About 2 to 5 miles north of Deshler.  Yes, I believe it could very by 40 bu.  Just did it for the heck.  Always was interested how close it might be.  Really need to take several samples from several different places in the field for each varity.  My farms very quite a bit in soil type and hills.  So my average yield is about 25 -30 bu. below any corn I get in my best spots. 

I am going to hang onto the corn samples I have taken and let them dry more.  Check the weight again in 3-4 days when I have the moisture in the 20's and see how it figures. 

Yes, irrigated.  Have been quite short on rains this year.  Not as bad as Davenport, but bad enough.  Just .5 and .7 rains all summer.
