Had some livestock people from UK come to one of our cattleman meetings and was talking about nutrition in cattle. they said (at that time corn was 2.50) that running it through a mill would not pay for the time and machinery cost verses the loss in feed efficiency. Since then I have fed a lot of corn to the large stock and they did well.
