In Win 10
The install should leave your current browser installed so you can switch back and forth when you are trying it out.
Windows 'button' in lower left of screen
Then 'settings'
Then 'apps'
Then 'default apps'
Then 'web browser'
Then pick the one you want to be active/
Switch back and forth between chrome and edge anytime.
Presumably the same for others
