On the bloat issue, maybe read this article. There are others, but I like ones that can be understood by a simple person like me, so I stick to NDSU and these folks. http://www1.agric.gov.ab.ca/$department/deptdocs.nsf/all/agdex6769 Look down the page a bit to "animal suseptibility" and you may or may not have a closer look at your genetic lineup.
