I'd go with all of that and the first and foremost thing being go talk to them and be up front about your concerns.. They should be more then willing to give you somekind of Security.

Alot of longterm realtionships are being tested right now, you're the one in the end that's going have to decide if they're trustworthy.....


Business is businees but it really sucks when people forget the old LTR deals..... got that Tshirt.

Some folks will tout, Business princepal from Book learning but if you go back in time--Some of the "old school Word is my bond"type guys went through alot more and survived cause they took a chance during tough times and honored deals....Are/where some the most succesful guys going
