perceived better foods.

Would you rather sell food into a richer yuppie econ supposedly in the dumps, or the rest of the econ which is pretty much a govt issue econ and grocery game at this point?

Milk here in the store is 2 to $2.50.
Folks will buy the same amount ( their needs ) if it's 3.
At $4 they seem to cut back.

Seems to me like 25 to 50 cents per gallon could go the farmer if the traditional processors really wanted that farmer to stick around.
