It's the one where folks tend to "think outside the box," thus go out and create markets and perhaps more innovative ways of getting things done. The goal of course is to do a better job and make REAL ( not fictional ) dough.
btw, Horizon is just another traditional consolidated in their wholesale schematic. They milk tons of their own cows, thus a huge captive supply of inside product.
Do you really think they're going to "pay up" on cooperator herds?
Expecting one of the traditionals to simply hand you more dough because your a smart guy with a dairy just might not happen.
