| Technically, it is possible. However, that would require a general level of competence that our government fails at. Plus, it would require thousands of government employees to keep their mouth shut which isn’t happening. If the government wanted to collect mass samples of DNA, they would have done it a long time ago. Think about how many times people have had blood or bodily fluids tested for something or have given blood. | |
