Subject: Hay growers out here facing a similar situation

Janesville Ca, 96114
I wonder if the bank down here told a few guys to quit watering for a third? Several guys my way have shut the water off for the year. Nothing sold, nothing moving, why add nothing to nothing? If you grow feed stuffs for a dairies and didn't believe in "trickle down economics". I would imagine you're a believer now. This dairy thing, has a strangle hold on the whole ag-economy. Hard to phantom hay going for $200 plus a ton, to less than $75 a year later.
