NW Ohio,near Findlay | Have heard of the rack sticking, but from what I remember, it would run wide open and not shut down, which is why you have the emergency air shut off. I personally have never been around one where the rack has stuck, but have had one that was really sick and oil filled the blower box and it took off wide open and smoke and hammer until it used up the fuel, oil supply. None of this pertains to your problem, just info. Report back when you find the problem.
