That’s not my rear end, not at home and didn’t have a picture of the rear end just found one on line for reference
If your hoses are good, then pull the vacuum shifter assembly off of the rear differential. If the shift fork is stuck, lube it. If the shift fork moves freely, separate the vacuum housing thing and replace the diaphragm with a section of rubber from an old tire tube. If that sounds like a pain, you could probably locate the correct NOS diaphragm on eBay with the correct GM part number. |
