I agree, certainly an important part of the process. I would be interested in knowing how that is handled from the APH point of view. I seem to recall that the high and low for the ten year period is thrown out for APH but I wouldn't place much faith in my memory serving me well. Also curious how the premium will be handled, obviously nothing there to insure now, should be a premium reduction or elimination.
