tAke the front plate off the 2 speed box and be sure it has oil in it, (engine oil), and 12V there...there is an eigth inch plug to put oil in with an oil can and to check the level when workin...Good to have someone to move the button while thar...It could be vacuum powered, instead of 12V, some are different..
