Nice looking truck.
I'd start with electrical first to make sure you have current to the box on the axle and check the ground to the frame.
If you can take the cover of the box, check to see if you can turn the threaded rod with your fingers.
Block the wheels just to be safe, some of those have the emergency brake on the drive shaft and I think it could role if it gets between hi and low.
