| If you grow enlist soybeans you could use 2 pints of 2,4D. First rate is not expensive it's found in sonic and authority first herbicide and both are generic. I used 4.5 ounces of willwood sulfen chloran for $11.62 an acre. It would have easily killed that mares tail with 2,4D and glyhosate. If your area is warm in the spring generic 36 oz glufosinate at $7.00 an acre would have smoked it as well especially with 2,4D. Another option is zidua pro. It has sharpen in it and that works fairly well as well but not as good once they bolt. From looking at your pictures it looks like the soybeans will canopy over the injured mares tail and will kill it. I've seen that happen also.
