western mn | We are on our second season with a 60 foot 2230 with the harrow and basket on the back. It sure leaves the field nice and level. In some cases this year it was almost too smooth. Literally in some spots of the fields it wouldn’t leave a lump bigger than a pencil eraser, I realize this year was probably not a normal spring. It is a really heavy built field cultivator which will be good for longevity ...but have to be careful when hitting wet spots because that thing is an anchor! We pull it wth a 9620RX about 7.5 to 8.5 mph. | |
