That is not Dicamba vapor drift, those are beans that got hit with physical spray droplets. The applicator definitely did something wrong there. Either sprayed when the wind was obviously blowing towards them, or literally hung his boom out too far so the spray got on them.

Beans that have been hit with just the vapor when it gets up and moves, don't usually show it for a week or two. They will be cupped but not drooping down like that.

I have applied thousands of acres of the stuff in the last 3 years, and have only had one problem that I know of, some cupped beans, and it was deemed a fault of the product, not mine, due to an unforeseen inversion later on. I followed the label to a T every time and had no claims. I could spray right up to the edge of non-DT beans, following the label meaning the wind blowing away from them, and you wouldn't know it.

That being said, I hate spraying it and I won't be sad if I never have to spray it in-crop again! It is way too hard to do everything right and still be productive.
