I think elimination of stepped up basis proposal would be met with a battle. Currently Biden is more likely than not to win and nobody is flinching on unloading land. So I doubt the democrat leadership will do near what they say once they have secured power back. They use simple minds to get votes and don’t care much after that. Why didn’t Barack give black criminals special rights when he had the power to? They want power, period.
