Southeast South Dakota | you pretty much have seemed to narrow it down to being the bank -
when I download credit card statements from AmEx, Chase, Citi - most of them list the whole year t o date, or he last 12 months or something..... you can go 7 months back and click on the view now or download button -
basically you need to write someone high up who cares - give them a month or two to change/fix their problem or close your account and leave - problem solved.
