It was a success. Probably 12-15 kids from the school (mostly graduated seniors but some underclass), 20-30 parents/friends and family.

I've learned to have the pig done a couple hours early, cut/shred the meat and put into a tray with some sauce or liquid and put on the grill to keep warm. Less stress (will it be done? Working on meat instead of greeting people...) and yes, some people object to seeing their food whole... always pictures for those who want to see though!
